Middlesex College of Law (MCL) was established in 2000 to cater initially for students wishing to study in the United Kingdom with the aim of obtaining the LLB Degree of University of London under the External System.

Since its inception MCL has experienced a remarkable growth in its academic base, which is reflected in the extensive range of courses it now offers. These include the following courses:

1.    University of London Diploma in Law

2.    University of London LLB Degree

3.    ACCA Accounting Fundamentals course

4.    International University Foundation Programme (IUFP)

5.    International English Language Testing System (IELTS)


The courses offered at MCL are designed to assist students to gain credible qualifications that lead to careers in Accountancy, Business, Management, Law and Information Technology.

Benefits of International University Foundation Programme (IUFP)?

The programme is aimed at international students, including those based in the United Kingdom and seeking direct admittance into leading British Universities after one year of study.

  1. One year fast track alternative entry route to leading British Universities for degree courses.

  2. Direct admittance into leading British Universities without needing to undertake a two year GCE 'A' levels course.

  3. Progression to a wide range of degree courses. For example Accounting, Business, Computing, Finance, Information Technology, Law, Management, Marketing and Public Relations.

  4. Choice of leading British Universities to progress to for degree courses. The leading British Universities include, Aberystwyth University, London Metropolitan University, Middlesex University, University of Derby, and  University of Greenwich, amongst others.

  5. Monitored by an Independent External Moderator.

  6. September and January starting dates.

  7. Extensive support in English Language and Communication Skills.
